On November 07.-09. 2022 under the patronage of the Minister of the Environment of the Slovak Republic Ján Budaj took place in Vyhne the 53. conference of water managers in industry. The conference included expert lectures and presentations on new legislation in the field of water management, new technologies in this area were presented. The conference also covered current water management themes such as waste management, groundwater, environmental burdens, The Concept of combating environmental illegal activities and information on environmental projects, including our wetland restoration project. Further information about our project was published in a conference proceeding issued at the occasion of the conference.
The Project „Improving the condition of selected wetlands in the left-hand branch system of the Danube River“ benefits from a € 429 244 grant from Norway through the Norway Grants. The project has been co-financed from the State Budget of the Slovak Republic in the amount of € 75 749.
