On May 3, 2023, we participated with the project at a conference organized under the auspices of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the operation of the Žilina waterworks. The participants, in addition to a lot of interesting information, had the opportunity to get information about the project “Improving the condition of selected wetlands in the left-hand branch system of the Danube River” within the project’s awareness-raising campaign.
The Project „Improving the condition of selected wetlands in the left-hand branch system of the Danube River“ benefits from a € 429 244 grant from Norway through the Norway Grants. The project has been co-financed from the State Budget of the Slovak Republic in the amount of € 75 749.
