On 3rd November 2022, following the positive response from the pedagogical team and students of SPŠE Hálova, we participated with the project “Improving the condition of selected wetlands in the left-hand branch system of the Danube River” – ACC04P06 Enviro/energo excursion of the Secondary Industrial School of Electrical Engineering, Hálova 16, Bratislava held at the Gabčíkovo waterworks. The excursion started with an environmental part in the premises of Tejke Majer in Gabčíkovo, where our project was presented to the students from technical and environmental point of view. The students learned about the importance of wetlands, life in the wetland ecosystem and their restoration through our project.
